Managing Queues and Jobs

2. Click Current Jobs.

The active jobs will be displayed.

If you want to change the properties of print jobs of one queue, just

click on the queue name in the list.

How to display a Job History?

The last few printed jobs are displayed in the job history.

Information about e.g. the owner, the name and the size of the print

job are available.

Proceed as follows:

1. Click Queues/Jobs.

2. Click History.

The job history for all queues will be displayed.

How to manage a Print Job?

In queues print jobs can be managed in different ways. (e.g. restart,

delete, hold, release, move to the top (priority)).

Proceed as follows:

1. Click Queues/Jobs.

2. Click Jobs.

3. Select the print jobs.

4. Select an action.

How to move a Print Job to another Queue?

When a printer is not operational, it is possible to move a print job

to another queue.

Proceed as follows:

1. Click Queues/Jobs.

2. Click Jobs.

3. Select the print jobs.

4. Select a queue from the ’Move jobs to Queue’ listbox.
